SharePoint Business Analyst – Auckland

About the Role

In this newly created role, the SharePoint Business analyst will be the primary ‘Business Owner’ of CodeBlue’s SharePoint/Intranet environment – Sapphire, proactively driving its use and improving its functionality to be our primary communications, collaboration, and information management tool.

As a seasoned business analyst with SharePoint expertise, you will also assist our customers to create structured Information Architectures and SharePoint implementations which support their business requirements and make it easy for staff to create, store and use information.

With a strong customer service delivery focus, you will enjoy being responsible for the business change management and training of your fellow colleagues and also our customers across these projects to maximise their Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace investment.

What you’ll bring

  • 5 years demonstrable experience at a senior level in information management and systems environments
  • Microsoft product and technology expertise, in particular SharePoint expertise
  • Proven experience of successful delivery of major projects
  • Ability to comprehend technical information and translate into information digestible by non-technical audiences (and vice-versa)
  • An inquisitive analytical mindset and strong customer service delivery focus
  • Prior experience within a relevant service provider or other large complex environment is preferred.
