About the Role
As a Solutions Architect, you will work both operationally and strategically, leading pre-sales activities for our Modern Workplace (MWP)offerings and managing the MWP projects, taking primary responsibility for supporting clients on their journey.
You will enjoy providing technical assistance to the BDM Sales Team regarding pre-sales opportunities, as well as providing strategic input into the Technology Roadmaps for CodeBlue customers. Partnering with our customers to continuously improve existing services and develop new service offerings for them through ongoing reviews and recommendations.
Driving process improvements across projects and pre-sales will be second nature to you, as you will naturally take pleasure operating in an advisory capacity as a subject matter expert. Customer facing with exceptional consulting and communication skills, you will build great relationships, solve complex problems and mentor to upskill the wider team.
Coming with extensive technical experience and knowledge of Microsoft core server technologies; Desktop, laptop and Mobile technologies – deployment & support; Networking (LAN/WAN) with knowledge of switching and routing technologies; Firewalling & Security and advanced Virtualisation & cloud computing.
