About the Role

To be accountable for the leadership and support for the design and implementation of both customer facing and internal projects.

To promote and contribute to business development and growth opportunities through continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and cost effectiveness.

To co-ordinate and promote teamwork that delivers customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager you will be accountable for the leadership, and support for the design and implementation, of customer facing projects. Working on large and complex projects using agile methodologies will be second nature to you, and you will enjoy taking responsibility for supporting customers on their journey.Take pleasure in rolling up your sleeves to deliver key customer facing projects, working as the subject matter expert to mentor and up skill the wider team across agile methods and promoting best practise.​​​​​​​Customer facing with exceptional communication skills, you will build great relationships, deliver value to your customers’ business whilst helping to drive process improvements. With great attention to detail and solid business acumen, this role would suit someone who enjoys the challenge of juggling multiple projects and who has a strong customer service delivery focus.

Person specifications

  • 3 years+ IT project management expertise
  • Agile PMP or Agile Prince 2 qualification
  • Knowledge of and a genuine interest in IT products, services, and technology
  • Prior experience within a relevant service provider or other large complex environment is desirable.
  • Proven track record of successful delivery.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a positive “can do” attitude.
