Auckland Sales Manager

About the Role

As the Auckland Sales Manager, you will look to further build on our high performing team of consultants, aligning them to both CodeBlue’s culture and strategy whilst championing CodeBlue’s vision and values.

Through constructive and focused relationships, you will enjoy leading and mentoring the Account Management team to a high standard, making certain that customers are satisfied with the products and services provided and that each is able to extract maximum value from their IT investment.

Assisting the Account Management team to manage key customer relationships and ensuring the development of a Technology Roadmap aligned to the individual strategy of each, will keep you close to our customers allowing you to generate further business opportunities for CodeBlue.

As a seasoned Sales Manager with a high level of emotional intelligence and business acumen, the ability to sell innovation and ideas will be second nature to you. With demonstratable sales coaching experience, you will lead by example and be driven to see all those in your team succeed and grow.

About you

  • 5 years + sales management experience
  • A proven track record of leading a high performing sales team that achieves sales targets
  • Proven IT solutions sales experience with a strong customer service delivery focus
  • Experienced sales trainer and coach
  • Prior experience within a relevant service provider or other large complex environment will be highly regarded
  • A natural problem solver with excellent communication and analytical skills
