Account Manager – Auckland

As an Account Manager, you will work as a trusted business partner to a range of key clients, adding value through understanding their business strategy and culture to provide a technology solution that will enable them to do what they do best.

With a naturally commercial and inquisitive mindset, you will seek to understand each customers’ environment developing their technology roadmap and working as a true strategic partner involved in steering meetings and budgeting sessions empowering them to extract maximum value from their IT investment.

Rapport and relationship building will be second nature to you as you generate further business opportunities through existing customer relationships and the ever-changing solutions across the IT landscape.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5 years + related accounts management experience
  • Proven IT solutions sales experience
  • Strong customer service delivery focus
  • Analytical, proactive, commercial mindset
