Business Development Manager – Hamilton

With our new branch opening in Hamilton, we are seeking an energetic Senior Business Development Manager to open doors of SMB’s in the region, converting initial business conversations to onboarding those new customers, driving the right outcomes, and delivering value for all parties.

This unique opportunity will see you using your entrepreneurial spirit and start up mentality to build the branch as you grow, with the full backing and assistance of an established company, brand and the infrastructure, methodology and technical support that comes with it.

Developing productive networks and trusted relationships will be second nature to you and you will delight in the idea of being the master of your own destiny and the opportunity to drive an outcome. With superb communication skills, an aptitude for rapport building and the ability to identify and convert opportunities through thorough solutioning, you will have a partnering approach and strategic attitude.

What you’ll bring

  • 5 years + experience within a similar role, solution sales with strong business development, planning, and financial management skills
  • IT product, services, and technology experience
  • Prior experience selling innovation and strategic futures
  • Analytical, proactive, commercial mindset
