Previously CEO of Ryman Healthcare New Zealand, she oversaw the strategic, operational, clinical and change management of one of the country's largest aged care providers. Her expertise spans healthcare innovation, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and quality and safety leadership.
She holds a Master of Management in Health Services and a Bachelor of Health Science in Nursing, and is an Adjunct Professor at Deakin University.

For four years he led the Employment Relationship Strategy Group for the 20 DHBs, overseeing $4bn in collective agreements. A proven change leader, he holds an MBA from Massey University and is pursuing a Doctorate in Value Based Commissioning of Health Services.

Mathew Jose is an accomplished information security professional with over 15 years of experience in various IT roles. He is dedicated to developing innovative cybersecurity products and services that simplify complex security concepts and enable businesses to thrive.
Before joining CodeBlue, Mathew held key positions such as Privacy Officer and Information Security Officer at Qrious Limited, and Chief Cyber Security Officer at CyberSecure 360.
Mathew holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from The University of Waikato. He is also certified in GSLC from GIAC.
