  • As a potential employee we collect personal information in order to process your application or establish and use employee records.

We will collect information that may include personal information about your employees (contact information) or yourself. If you are a doing business as a sole trader rather than as a company, registered charity, or other organisation, we will need to collect personal information about you in order to provide the contracted services.

Any optional information is clearly highlighted, and you can utilise our services without providing the highlighted information.

Emailing us

When you email us, we will collect your email address and any contact information provided. We will also collect the contents of your email.

Using CodeBlue services

When you sign up for CodeBlue services, we will ask you to provide basic contact information. We will also collect billing information.

Contacting our Service Desk

As part of our commitment to giving the best service to our customers we record all phone calls answered in our service desk for training, quality and service improvement.

We record calls:

  • for staff training purposes, helping us to improve the quality of our customer service and to ensure the information we provide is consistent and accurate
  • to ensure we have an accurate record of your call, which may be needed if there is a dispute.

We may release a recording of a call to a CodeBlue customer if this call is collected on behalf of this customer and this customer requests the recording.

Signing up for our newsletter

When you sign up for our newsletter we will collect your email address.

Tracking Information

We may collect statistical information about your visit to our website to help us improve it and track trends in usage.

Applying for a position or being employed by us

If you apply for a position as a CodeBlue employee, we will need to collect information about you, your work history, and other information in order to process your application.

If you are a successful applicant for employment, we will need to collect more information to verify your previous work history and establish your employee record which will include:

  • Bank account and tax file number details so that we can pay you.
  • Next of kin information in case of emergencies

How do we use tracking technologies including cookies?

  • We use cookies and other similar tracking technologies for a variety of purposes.
  • If you wish you can turn tracking technologies off.
  • We do not track you over time or track you on other websites.

A cookie is a piece of code that creates a file on your computer to track the pages that you view on our website. You may turn off cookies at any time. Most browsers have a feature that allows the user to refuse cookies, or issues a warning when cookies are being sent. Turning off cookies will not affect your ability to use this site.

  • We may share your information with the wider Fujifilm Group and our partners.

We utilise a number of sub-processors to enable the provision of services to you. Personal information may be provided to these sub-processors as part of delivery of the services. If you wish to know more about the sub-processors we use, please email us.

We may share your personal information with other companies within the wider Fujifilm Group or our partners to perform their functions.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We also do not sell or trade in your personal information for any other reason. However as detailed within Google’s privacy policy they may share information they have collected publicly and with their partners

If we sell our business, your personal information may be transferred as part of that sale.

We do not disclose your personal information to any third party other than those described previously or when legally mandated.

  • Your information is protected from unauthorised access, use and disclosure.

How long do we keep your information?

  • We only keep your personal information for as long as it is required.

We don’t keep your personal information for longer than required.

We will keep your personal information:

  • Until we no longer have a valid reason for keeping it.
  • Until you request us to stop using it.
  • For as long as required by law e.g. we keep invoice information for 7 years to fulfil our tax obligations.

We may keep just enough of your personal information to ensure that we comply with your requests not to use your personal information or comply with your right to deletion.
