Key purpose of the role
Two Desktop Trusted Advisors needed for the Christchurch team.
This primary responsibility of this role is to proactively maintain and support clients’ desktops, notebooks and tablets, as well as associated IT infrastructure and the end users of the devices. You will be required to deliver top quality ICT service, support and IT project delivery to all CodeBlue clients, and to meet all monthly minimum standards relating to productive & billable time. You will be following agreed client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and required to update clients on a regular basis regarding delivery expectations, issues or future technology opportunities.
You will also review clients on-going technology needs, and assist in providing them with a technology roadmap, to help them achieve their business objectives. This requires you to work closely with Trusted Advisors.
You will have the opportunity to be mentored by more senior members of the team, and to learn new technical and business skills from other team members.
