Justin joined the CodeBlue team in 2020 and has brought with him over 20 years of international engineering leadership experience. Currently, he is the Senior Operations Manager in CodeBlue. He leads the North Island engineering, Project Management and Service Delivery Manager teams in designing innovative IT solutions; so they can better support client’s business goals and then ensuring the ongoing support.

Justin is passionate about looking after his clients and his employees as well, with his ‘glass half full’ mindset.
