Kieron Kennedy has over 20 years of experience managing contact centers and overseeing the service desk divisions in New Zealand. Kieron enjoys exceeding our client’s expectations, having completed his 6 Sigma Green Belt and has extensive senior communications experience in a range of industries.

Following this passion, Kieron leads CodeBlue’s Service Desk team, continuously searching for better ways to improve the customer experience.
