About the Role

As an Infrastructure Systems Engineer, you will work as a Trusted Advisor proactively maintaining and supporting clients with their simple or complex IT Infrastructure.

You will enjoy delivering a top-quality ICT support and assisting with IT project design and delivery across multiple customers. Reviewing customers on-going technology needs making recommendations to continually improve their environment, you’ll also contribute to roadmaps and partner with them to achieve their business outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated success in a service delivery or systems engineer capacity
• Extensive IT technical experience and knowledge of:
  • Microsoft core server technologies such as, Active Directory Services, Exchange, SQL Server
  • Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions
  • Desktop and laptop deployment & support
  • Networking (LAN/WAN) experience, with knowledge of switching and routing technologies Advanced Virtualisation & cloud computing
• Advanced Exchange messaging technologies; Firewalling & security principles & technologies and Mobile computing technologies
