About the role

As a Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer, you will work as a Trusted Advisor assisting multiple customers to provide ICT advisory support and project delivery.

You will review customers on-going technology needs continually improving their environment; contribute to roadmaps and partner with them to achieve their business outcomes.

Customer facing with excellent consulting and communication skills, you will enjoy working in an advisory capacity to understand the customers business, building relationships, solving problems and mentoring team members.

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated success in a service delivery or systems engineer capacity, ideally in an MSP or large complex environment (circa 5+ years)
• Extensive IT technical experience and knowledge of Microsoft core server technologies such as, Active Directory Services; Exchange; Modern Workplace; Office 365
• Networking (LAN/WAN) experience, with knowledge of switching and routing technologies and advanced Virtualisation & cloud computing
• Firewalling & security technologies & principles, e.g., Fortinet; eset
