Customer Portal User Guide

The Customer Portal is a user-friendly tool that allows you to log tickets and manage your tickets directly with CodeBlue.

The Customer Portal allows you to:

  • log a new ticket
  • monitor progress of your tickets, removing the need for you to call or email us for updates
  • request an update
  • search tickets
  • receive ticket notifications when your ticket has been updated
  • take screen shots and upload it to your ticket
  • attach a file to your ticket
  • close your own tickets if they are no longer required
  • update your contact details

You can still email your ticket to the Service Desk and, if your issue is urgent, you should continue to call the Service Desk as per the standard process.
